A lot of fans would ask, why would we name the project Da Gama?

As we know that Da Gama is a famous navigator and explorer, his lifetime achievement would be opening up a new route from Europe to India via the Cape of Good Hope in Africa. This achievement has broken the isolation and closed development between eastern and western civilization, and since then, the world has come to the new age of integrative development.

Comparing with the ‘geographical discovery’, Blockchain is the ‘great data discovery’ in human history, to explore the value of data. Blockchain, the first time in human history, made high efficient information circulation among countries, nations and religions possible. Its significance is no less than another ‘great geographical discovery’.

On the one hand, the reason why the project is named Da Gama is that we want to pay a tribute to the great navigator and explorer Da Gama, on the other hand, one of the missios of Da Gama project is to build a Defi ecological aggregation platform so that it breaks closed development among each DeFi, achieves the goal of DeFi ecological mutual connection and value resonance, and eventually lowers the threshold of users, making DeFi an inclusive product.
